BINViz is a visualization tool implemented in JavaScript for web based network visualization application. It is a SourceForge.net project and part of the National Centre of Integrative Biomedical Informatics (NCIBI) at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. It was mainly developed in the context of biomedical applications like BUBBLE (System Biology group) and bioinformatics. BINViz is a graph visualization library based on JavaScript and can be used in every web application.
